We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated sales and accounts specialist to find, create, and maintain customer accounts. You would serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and make sure they are happy and well-supported.
Activities would include sales and lead generation, follow ups, partnership outreach, and building relationships with other organizations who could further our reach.
In the beginning, you would be booking presentations and joining them as a supportive role. After becoming familiar with out sales and offerings, we would want to train you to give the sales presentations by yourself.
We are looking for a customer support rep who can manage support tickets and speak directly with customers to resolve their issues. This implies that you would be trained on our products and would know and understand them thoroughly.
We would also rely on your to help us onboard new customers and participate in initial walkthroughs of our products.
